In certain cases additional expert services by our team of experts in psychometrics and occupational psychology are available to users of the Total Assessment expert system.

INFORMATIZATION OF CLIENT’S COMPETENCY MODEL

Expert system offers the possibility of integration of client’s existing competency model. The process is guided by the TA expert and IT support teams, is swift and doesn’t present an organizational burden for the client. The integration of client’s competency model can be performed at any point during the process of system implementation or afterwards in accordance with client’s preferences.

Expert analysis of client’s competency model consists of:

  • expert review and, if needed, (partial) reorganization of the model;
  • mapping (determining influence) of individual psychometric elements on potential for development of individual competencies;
  • configuration of system for integration of client’s competency model.

Initial mapping of psychometric elements on competency profiles can serve as a basis for assessment of potential for development of individual competencies until sufficient employee psychometric data is collected (if the client opts for this option) ».

Digitalized competency model can be employed for:

  • assessing individual’s potentials for development of professional competencies; »
  • performing behavioral employment interviews in the employee selection process; »
  • periodical assessment of business performance; »
  • assessment of performance-related importance of individual professional competencies for a particular work post (in combination with data available via localized statistical database O*Net Online). »

FORMATION OF BATTERIES OF PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS AND QUESTIONNAIRES

Our expert team configures customized batteries of psychometric instruments for the client by carefully adjusting the instruments to the level of difficulty and other particular characteristics of an individual professional profile and type of assessment (performed in or without presence of an assessment expert//controlled or supervised environment).
